Grimaldi Service Announcement: US CUSTOMS BALTIMORE UPDATE

Per ACL: “Drivers delivering vehicles to Ports America’s Shed 12 at Baltimore Dundalk for loading aboard Grimaldi’s export service to West Africa have the following options when making deliveries:

1.Pre-clear the vehicle with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) by submitting their required paperwork to designated CBP location for clearance before delivering the vehicle to Shed 12.

OR

2.Deliver an uncleared vehicle to Shed 12 with all required paperwork including the title and/or bill of sale.  Shed 12 staff will collect the paperwork and send it to Grimaldi’s title team who will assist in clearing the unit. Please note that:

•Vehicles with missing or incomplete paperwork will be rejected with no exceptions.

•Grimaldi will assess applicable storage charges if the unit is delayed due to CBP rejecting paperwork or any other CBP related delay.”
