Please note and advise your drivers accordingly. Per ACL, “the last of day for forklift and non-runner receiving in Freeport Amports is Monday 11/4. The terminal will not be receiving forklifts or non-runners as from Tuesday 11/5. They are reaching max capacity.”

Sallaum Line Official Statement (October 29, 2024): “Effective November 4th, 2024, there will be a $75.00 Mobility Correction Fee charged to your account for any vehicle that is booked as a Run and Drive unit but on arrival is clearly a Non-Runner or Forklift unit. NO EXCEPTIONS. It is your responsibility to book your vehicles under the correct mobility type.”
Please note and advise your drivers accordingly. Per Sallaum, “Jacksonville Terminal has resumed accepting Non-Runners as of today, Monday, October 14th, 2024.” Please send Dock Receipt requests to docs@gforwarding.com

Please note and advise your drivers accordingly. Per Sallaum, “Jacksonville Amports Terminal will resume receiving operations tomorrow, October 11th, 2024, at 10:00 AM. This is for Running Cargo ONLY. We expect to resume all Non-Runner and Forklift deliveries at Jacksonville early next week once the Glovis Challenge completes vessel operations.”

Please note and advise your drivers accordingly. Per Sallaum, “Due to Hurricane Milton, Jacksonville Terminal will be closed for receiving on Wednesday, 10/9/24 through Thursday, 10/10/24. We expect Jacksonville Terminal to reopen for operations Friday, October 11th.”
Please note and advise your drivers accordingly. Per ACL, “Amports Jacksonville will be closed Wednesday 9th and Thursday 10th due Hurricane Milton. Amports hopes to be able to resume operations Friday 11th but this could be subject to change.”
Please note per ACL, “As the strike has been called off, we are pleased to advise you that the Network Congestion Fee will NOT apply.”

Please note and advise your drivers accordingly, per Sallaum. “Effective Monday, October 7th, 2024, Baltimore South Locust Point Terminal (SLP) will be open to receive all mobility types: Running, Non-Running and Forklift Cargo. Please note that we anticipate Monday to be a heavy delivery day as the first day of receiving since the end of the strike. Drivers may be subject to longer than usual wait times.”
Please note, per ACL. “The ILA have suspended the strike action yesterday evening. The following terminals are open for deliveries today: Freeport, Jacksonville (except FL for time being), Wilmington and Providence. As from Monday 10/7 : Baltimore and New York Red Hook will be open for receiving cargo. Updated Roro schedule and Lolo Erd / cut off dates will be sent out during the course of the day.”
Due to the International Longshoremen (ILA) Strike, the ports on the East and Gulf Coasts in the U.S. have been closed since October 1st, with no definite reopening date. Please review our website and social media for daily updates: https://www.ghanemforwarding.com/news/ & https://www.facebook.com/GhanemRORO . As the carriers and ports have stated, storage charges could accrue as the strike continues. Storage charges are passthrough per FMC Tariff. By delivering cargo to the port, shippers acknowledge the current situation and the risk of port storage.

Non-Runner space at our Jacksonville Terminal. Effective Monday, October 7th, 2024 the Jacksonville Terminal will not accept any Non-Running deliveries until further notice. No Exceptions.”
Please note and advise your drivers accordingly. Per ACL, “Please be advised that Amports Jacksonville will stop receiving non-running cargo as from Monday October 7th. Last day on non-runner delivery will be Friday October 4th.”
