IMPORTANT Grimaldi ACL Service Announcement - USTR 301 suspension update West African Service

Per ACL, “it has been confirmed that USTR 301 rules related to new service fees on maritime transport services have been suspended for one year, effective November 11th. While we welcome this news, its financial impact since October 14th has already been quite substantial on Grimaldi Lines, obliging us to absorb all the extra costs for all vessels entering USA since October 14th through today November 11^th. Basis the above, we will maintain the surcharge as previously communicated and in effect, for the current week. However, as from Monday, 17th of November, for all deliveries, we are pleased to announce that USTR 301 surcharge will no longer be applicable.”
