Unfortunately, and unexpectedly, we have been confronted with a long list of requirements we have to fully comply with prior to calling New York. While we are actively working on all these items, we are not in the position to provide a timeline but our goal remains to bring a vessel in early April. We will confirm once the vessel is nominated.”
