Grimaldi Service Announcement - Mandatory Receiver Contact Details

Please note, per ACL: “We have noted that delay to release the cargo at destination can be caused by the lack of appropriate details to reach out to the receiver or its agent. To improve faster response, we have introduced in GCG a new feature “Receiver contact” to be filled out in addition to consignee details. We require a NAME, a PHONE NUMBER and an EMAIL ADDRESS. Without this filled, the booking cannot close and be completed. Please note that this will be in effect immediately.  Any assistance from our Customer service or Documentation team will attract a Manual Intervention Fee of $ 25 per intervention.”
