IMPORTANT Grimaldi ACL Announcement - USTR 301 increase announcement West African Service

Please note per ACL. “there have been some amendments in the USTR 301 rules related to new service fees on maritime transport services starting today, October 14, 2025 (USTR 301). The new fee has been increased up to 46$ per NT whilst in the previous communication it was at 14$ per NT. This applies to all vehicles / roro vessel entering USA as from today.

The new impact for Grimaldi Lines especially for calendar year 2025 is much heavier than what was anticipated.To compensate part of this extra cost, specifically for cargo in export from USA to WEST AFRICA, we have no other option than to review our increase on our Freight Rates for service contracts starting Nov 1st as follows, which replaces, when applicable, what was sent as per below on 10/8.

+ $ 150/ Unit for Cv – Bvan

+ $ 10 per w/m for HH Cat 1 and Cat 2

+ $ 10 per w/m for Static cargo

+ $100$ per teu”
